Describe the hospital commute accurately

State the hospital or program, approximate distance, typical commute range, parking or transit context, and whether multiple clinical sites are nearby. Avoid guarantees about travel time.

Make the total cost transparent

List monthly rent, deposit, utilities, internet, parking, pet charges, cleaning fees, application fees, and any other required amount. Disclose what is furnished and provide an inventory.

Support medical schedules

Consider blackout shades, reliable internet, laundry, secure parking, flexible start dates, and written quiet expectations. Do not label a property night-shift friendly unless the features support that claim.

Apply screening rules consistently
